The catering manager sits you down and talk thru your budget and expectations for your event. Based on your choices in the initial consultation, you are then invited back for a tasting. The tasting is not just about the food – it’s about building a relationship with Cafe Chardonnay. You spend approx 2 hours, tasting those menu items you had an interest in during the initial consultation and creating the final menu. You will taste options for apps, salads, entrées and any side dishes. You may try 6 different entrees, but only need to select 2. Cafe Chardonnay will make any changes and tweaks based on your feedback during the tasting whether that’s adjusting menu options or whipping up a tasty signature cocktail, they want you to be happy!
 
There are some great perks of working with Cafe Chardonnay. First, is that the separate food cost from labor cost. If they know you don’t need all the servers present for the entire event, they will cut the hours of those servers and pass the savings along to you. Second, is that they will arrange any rentals on your behalf for no additional cost! One less thing for you to worry about. Lastly, they will go on a venue walk-thru with you to ensure that the event is set to your specifications. Whatever you need, they are happy to provide with nothing but supportive words along the way.
